Joseph StanleyROBERTS(STAN) 26.11.1925 - 02.04.2015. Passed away peacefully and with great dignity, aged 89 years. Stan left us too soon and will be sadly missed by his wife Joan, children Lynda-Sian, David and partner Joy, Christopher and daughter-in-law Kate and grandchildren Megan and Jake, sister Blodwen (Wyn), nephews Paul and Jan Spruce and Ian and Gwen Spruce. The Funeral took place privately at St. Francis R.C. Church on Friday, April 17th 2015. An all night vigil in St. Francis' Church was taken by Father Jarek and followed by a blessing and burial in the family grave at Chester Cemetery, Handbridge. His life was celebrated afterwards by the family at the 'Handbridge', Chester. Stan's family wish to acknowledge the help and support given to them on the day of the funeral by close family friend Jayne Cooksley of 'Bowman Lodge', Chester.
